Our Main Event Stage offers everything you need to host a wide range of events, from presentations and performances to community gatherings. With a projection screen and ceiling-mounted projector, it’s easy to display slideshows, videos, or digital content for large audiences.

The seating is fully customizable to suit your event’s style—arrange it theater-style with all chairs facing the stage, set up tables for group discussions, or remove the seats entirely to create an open space for dancing or movement. Plus, you can enhance the atmosphere with adjustable lighting—spotlight a speaker, or switch to vibrant multicolored lighting for a musical or theatrical performance.

This versatile space comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests, making it the ideal venue for a variety of events.

The open design includes an accessible kitchen area with a pull-down projection screen, ideal for presentations, workshops, or community events. For a brighter, more inviting atmosphere, simply open the windows to let in natural light and create an open, airy vibe.

Accommodating up to 10 people, it’s an ideal setting for workshops, study groups, or personal reflection sessions. Whether you’re hosting a cozy class, a creative brainstorming session, or a community gathering, this room offers the comfort and flexibility to make your event feel personal and engaging.

Boardroom/Classroom

A Professional Space for Meetings, Classes, and Collaboration

The Boardroom/Classroom is a versatile space designed for both business meetings and intimate learning experiences. With a central conference table that comfortably seats 10, plus two smaller round tables for 2-4 people, this room is perfect for team discussions, presentations, and collaborative sessions.

Equipped with a large monitor and computer for seamless presentations or video playback, the room also features a video and microphone rally bar, along with table microphones, making it ideal for hybrid Zoom meetings or virtual collaborations. Two large whiteboards offer plenty of room for brainstorming, while the VCR/DVD player adds flexibility for multimedia presentations.

Whether you’re hosting a professional meeting, a small class, or a creative workshop, this room provides the tools and flexibility you need to facilitate productive and engaging sessions.

Our Rates

Please call our office for more information and reservations. There is a $200 deposit per event that is refundable (minus a cleaning fee). CSL Chico members receive 15% off all rooms.
