About this class
This course is about meditation: some of the effects most often realized, some pitfalls to avoid, and most importantly, some examples of meditation styles, so each participant can metaphorically smell the air, enjoy the scenery and experience different kinds of meditation. By experiencing a broad array of possible techniques, the participant can choose one or more to use and delve into deeper, as a regular spiritual practice.
If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything: It is open to everything. In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities; in the experts’ mind there are few.
