In this class, you will:
- Experience a support group setting
- Increase energy with tapping
- Balance and strengthen the body with mindful movements
- Learn to calm the mind using breath work, sound healing, and meditation.
All levels of physical ability are encouraged. Sitting and standing practices offered.
Cost: $10 – $20 donation encouraged. All are welcome no-one will be turned away for lack of funds.
