Affirmation: I am open to change.
I am well aware that change can be scary but it is important to be okay that it happens. We do not stand still and time moves without are input. Yet change can lead to many other things. I can think of some amazing new changes in my life. Every time you meet some one new and make a friend a change occurs. It is important to be able to allow these changes to occur. If you fight against change you will probably find yourself very unhappy and feel incomplete. What are some good changes in your life? Was getting a new toy fun? Was a new tv show good ? Did you like going to school in person again?
Why not try drawing some of the changes or even explore how story telling can change with some mad-libs
