Say good morning to our CSL Chico community during our morning meditation! Catch it live streamed on Sundays at 9:30am.
We are all one. United in the one creative power and presence of the Creator. We’re never separate from this Infinite good. So let us begin now together. Join me in a meditative process.
“I close my eyes, and I take a big conscious breath. I hold for a moment and then release it away. I feel the release, and take another deep breath. And consciously let it go. I repeat this a few more times. Breath in, breath out. Breath in, breath out. Notice how “I” feel. Has there been a sift in my body? Is there more ease in my body and or my mind? What are your answers to these questions?
I continue being aware of my breathing. In haling, and exhaling in a comfortable pace. The ultimate meditation is to be here now. Not in the past, and not in the future. Be here now in this moment in this space. Allow the silence to open to your inner knowing and to a space of nourishment. A space free of judgment. A space free of anger. A space free of fear. Free of worry and concerns. Be here now with the spiritual presence of peace.
I’m conscious of the next few breathes and I allow the truth of these words to sink into my consciousness. I know that a quiet divine power is available for my use. This silent inner nature is healing and reveling whatever I need to know. It is here in the stillness I meet my true self instead of the stories I have repeated in my mind. As I quiet my active mind, concerns of the ego drift away into the nothingness from which it came. I am peace. I am receptive to the deep wisdom of truth which flows through me. I remain undisturbed in this meditative silence.
(Long moment of silence for spiritually aligning yourself)
Gently allow your consciousness to return to the room. Notice the temperature of the room. Become aware if you hear any sounds, people, animals, machinery, lawn mowers, and be open to what exists in the physical world. Feel the chair beneath your legs, and know you can continue this day with greater peace and harmony. “
Thanks for joining me and namaste!
Sincerely, Sandy Gohlke R.Sc.P.
